Create a wig that is uniquely yours. Our online ordering process allows you to receive a professionally customized wig with personalized guidance from consultation to delivery.
When placing your order, you will choose your cap size, hair length, and preferred color family. From there, we guide you through the remaining details to ensure your wig is customized specifically for you.

Your purchase includes:
• Two virtual consultations
• Color sample kit mailed to you
• Measurement kit (tape measure) to confirm sizing
• Customized color work
• Professional cut and styling
• One round of adjustments after delivery
The Customization Process
Consultation 1 – Design Planning
We review the size and length you selected, discuss color options within your chosen color family, and begin planning your customized look.
Color & Measurement Kit
After the first consultation, we will mail you color samples and a tape measure so you can see shades in person and confirm your measurements.
Consultation 2 – Final Details
During the second consultation we will confirm:
• Cap size and measurements
• Final color selection
• Cut and overall style
Once these details are finalized, your wig moves into production.
Delivery & Adjustments
Your completed wig will be shipped directly to you.
Your order includes one round of adjustments for minor refinements such as small tweaks to the cut or color. Any major changes that differ from the original selections will be quoted and approved before additional work is completed.
Timeline
Your estimated timeline will be discussed during your consultation.
Typical turnaround times:
• 4–6 weeks if the selected size and color are in stock
• 6–16 weeks if the size or color needs to be ordered
